2. Can I cancel the order after the order is submitted?
The Order can only be canceled for free if it wasn't marked as fulfilled.
The Order can not be canceled for free due to item out of stock reason.
All Order request to be cancelled will have a 30% cancellation fee if the order was marked as fulfilled or partially fulfilled.
3. Will I be notified when an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items in your order will send you an out-of-stock notification via SMS during the picking process, and you will have 5-15 minutes to contact the picker to change or add the item after receiving the out-of-stock notification.
After the order is loaded, the goods and contents in the order cannot be adjust or change.
4. What should I do if I want to add more items after placing an order?
Please prepare the order number of the order you have placed, and contact customer service to add products in time.
After the product is added, a payment link will be sent to your email. Please pay the balance as soon as you receive the replenishment link to ensure normal delivery.
Orders with outstanding balance will not be shipped.
5. What should I do if I find that I have left the wrong address or contact information after placing an order?
If you leave the wrong address or contact number when placing an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible to make changes and operations.
6. When will I receive my refund after my order has been canceled?
It will at least takes 2 - 7 business' days after we processed for your refund to be deposit to your bank account.
